During Writer’s Workshop, students use inventive spelling to sound out difficult words. We use a word wall to learn high –frequency words. Handwriting Without Tears program is used to teach handwriting skills.

Work Board
Students complete literacy-based activities at different centers while the teacher is working with small groups at the reading table.
