Hello Peabody Community!
Welcome to the 2016 – 2017 school year! We are looking forward to a great year ahead.
Our theme for this school year is:
Peabody: One School, Many Stories. On Tuesday, October 25th, our Cultural Committee is planning an exciting evening of exploring the many cultures and stories of the Peabody School. Details will be announced soon. Please save the date to join us for this wonderful event.
Our first two weeks of school have been excellent. The students are doing beautifully acclimating to the new school year. I have already witnessed great writing, storytelling, science and math work. Music classes are sounding beautiful, artwork is beginning to be displayed and our physical education classes are doing excellent.
If you haven’t had a chance to check out our beautifully updated library, please stop in when you can. The new furniture, paint color and flooring have created a really inviting atmosphere with the creativity of Ms. Bourne and Mr. Travers. Also, they have displayed all the beautiful new books that our Community donated to our library last year.
